- Financial Data: Transaction details, payment intent IDs, and payment status. Full credit card numbers are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Mobile device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Logs and performance data used to troubleshoot issues and improve the App.
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to send essential booking and account updates.

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage your Umrah package bookings.
- Verify your identity and account security.
- Facilitate communication between you and Umrah Service Providers.
- Send transaction receipts and real-time notifications.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements for international travel.

- With Service Providers: We share necessary details, including identity documents, with the licensed travel agencies or service providers you choose to book with.
- With Third-Party Vendors: We use Google Firebase for infrastructure, database, storage, notifications, and Stripe for payment processing.

The App requires certain permissions to function correctly:
- Camera & Photos/Storage: Required for uploading profile pictures and travel documents such as passports and visas.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
- In-App Deletion: You can initiate account deletion directly within the App settings.
- Manual Request: You may email us at support@hamaraumrah.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Once your account is deleted, we will remove your personal data from our active systems, except for information we are legally required to retain, such as tax or audit records.
